School Office Hours - Monday through Friday, 7:15 am - 3:30 pm
School Day Hours - 7:50 am (Morning Assembly) - 3:00 pm (Dismissal)
Cafeteria doors open for drop off at 7 am. The school office opens at 7:30 am until 3:30 pm. The school does not accept responsibility for any child left on school property outside of school hours with the exception of school sponsored and supervised events.
INCLEMENT WEATHER SCHEDULE:
Arrival Schedule: There will be one of the following possible announcements made on local television/radio stations:
•All Catholic elementary and high schools in Jefferson County are OPEN.
•All Catholic elementary and high schools in Jefferson County will be OPEN BUT ON A DELAYED SCHEDULE. This means that our school doors will be open at 9:00 am and morning announcements will begin at 9:30 am – anyone arriving after 9:30 will be marked as being TARDY. Please note: Saint Leonard will not be held responsible for any student left outside the school building prior to the indicated time.
•All Catholic elementary and high schools in Jefferson County are CLOSED
St. Leonard also utilizes "Reach Alert" for notifications regarding emergency situations and schedule related information to all families. Please be sure to contact the school office for login information if you aren't currently enrolled.
Early Dismissal Schedule:
No overall public announcements will be made about early dismissal in Jefferson County Catholic elementary schools except in the case of extreme emergency. If St. Leonard School must dismiss early as an individual school, announcements will be made through the REACH ALERT system, Sycamore, and the school web page. If severe weather occurs or is imminent and parents are concerned, they may pick up their children early.
